Refund Policy

Important: All sales of digital products on iconic18.com are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and product access has been delivered.

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

All products sold on iconic18.com are digital in nature — including workflow automation templates (Make.com and N8N), AI prompt packs, instructional guides, and similar downloadable content. Once a digital product has been delivered (via download link or email), it cannot be ‘returned’ in the traditional sense. The nature of digital goods makes it impossible to ensure they have not been used or copied after delivery.

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and standard practices for digital goods sales under Indian law.

Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions, feature lists, and compatibility requirements carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please reach out to us:

Technical Issues & Non-Delivery

If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it:

  • You did not receive your download link or product access after successful payment
  • The download link is broken, expired, or non-functional
  • The file downloaded is corrupted or cannot be opened

In such cases, we will re-send the product or provide a working replacement. This is a delivery guarantee, not a refund — we will ensure you receive what you paid for.

Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

While our general policy is no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error
  • Significant product misrepresentation — if the product is materially different from what was described on the product page

To raise such a claim, contact us at service@iconic18.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually. Our decision is final.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, suspend access to any purchased products, and ban your account from future purchases.

We always prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably. Please contact us before escalating to your payment provider.
